About Eileen

Eileen’s occupational therapy background is rooted in her work with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary-aged children. After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management (BSc) from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, she worked in the corporate world before changing careers to pursue occupational therapy. She earned her Master’s Degree from Shenandoah University in 2012 and has since partnered with parents and teachers to support children’s growth and development.

In addition to her Master’s degree, Eileen maintains National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy and is a Certified Early Intervention Professional. She has completed extensive continuing education throughout her career, allowing her to bring current, evidence-based approaches and creativity to meet each child’s individual needs.

Her work focuses on helping children develop the foundational skills they need to participate more fully and independently in everyday life. Eileen creates a supportive and encouraging environment where children feel safe to try new things, learn, and succeed. She is especially passionate about partnering with parents and caregivers, empowering families with practical, meaningful strategies they can use to support their child’s development long after each therapy session ends.

Eileen lives in Arlington with her husband and two very cuddly dogs. She enjoys spending time with their three grown children and loves being outdoors—whether gardening, hiking, or traveling to explore new places.
